Actually, this isn’t about me.
This is about you.
In these especially precarious times, it might feel like you’re carrying a lot more than usual – in your mind and body. While you try your best to heal amid suspended states of stress, this path can often also feel challenging and solitary. But you don’t have to do that heavy lifting all on your own.
Through thoughtful, customized massage treatments, you and I will work together to release the chronic pain and physical stress you’re holding. We will locate and carefully address conditions that stem from injury, emotional anxiety, or poor ergonomics and habits. With your commitment, we will design a program that you can practice beyond the massage table and integrate into your day-to-day.
The physical discomfort you’re experiencing is simply your body asking for you to rebalance and deepen your connection with it. After all, your body is your one true, lifelong companion.
Co-creation of your Massage Therapy and/or Movement Training programs may focus on improving:
Digestive health
Circulation
Endocrine system
Nervous system
Self-acceptance and confidence

My relationship with my own body started very early. Long before my work in movement and massage therapy, I was an athlete. I can’t remember a time when I wasn’t curious and cognizant of what the body can do and, more importantly, how it can adapt.
